Waking Up Stressed

     There's no point of waking up stressed out everyday, it will hurt more than just your mental... it also affects your social life, any job you get, morning rituals, spirituality and health.  It's not good for the MAN nor the WOMAN. Stress can further on lead to a HEART ATTACK or Suicide/Homocide. Don't let it get the best of you. 

     It's gets deep... So deep that it will take you through a detour that will get you get yo so off route of what you was needing to be doing. 2 Tears and a Bucket... Just shake it off and Bounce Back!
